The logistics warehouse is built on a 10-hectare site approx. 5 km from the center of Leipzig.The warehouse and office areas are divided into three sections by two firewalls. In the middle section there are 23 delivery gates at the front and 23 at the rear. The shell consists of a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with a column grid of 24 x 12 m (360 columns, 228 roof trusses, 900 purlins).
NS Drafter did the reinforcement and formwork modeling od a various parts of prefabricated elements such as sandwich walls, slabs, beams, foundation, etc.
