This multifunctional building in Amsterdam consists of offices, housing and public facilities. Construction begins with the foundation and basement. From there, the office tower (91.8 m), residential tower (81 m) and the connecting middle section (34.2 m) will be built simultaneously, reducing construction time.
Construction speed and efficiency is achieved through the use of climbing formwork for the office tower and Skydeck formwork for both the office and residential towers.
