This project features a mixed-use building in Hamburg, Germany, combining residential and commercial spaces. Leveraging the capabilities of Allplan 3D, the building has been designed with a total gross area of 5811 square meters, spread over seven floors.
The structure integrates a diverse range of uses, with a total of 61 apartments distributed over the upper floors, ensuring a vibrant mix of residents. The ground floor is dedicated to 16 commercial units, creating a dynamic base that serves both the residents and the surrounding community. The residential units are evenly distributed from the first to the fourth floor, with 10 apartments on each level, ensuring consistency in layout and accessibility.
