An expressive building and recognizable from afar. A sculpture of stacked blocks. The silhouette seems to be in constant motion, just like the Maas. This tower in Amsterdam is quirky on the outside and exclusive on the inside. The building offers space for spacious single-family homes with gardens, beautiful corner apartments with spacious balconies or terraces and luxury penthouses. Large windows offer spectacular views of the the harbor, the park and the city. The 70-meter-high residential tower will house 77 luxury apartments, 2 penthouses and 6 single-family homes.
NS Drafter had an opportunity to do reinforcement and formwork shop drawings of various elements such as slabs, walls, beams and columns.
