TeamCAD conference 2019
The second TeamCAD conference was held on October 28, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade. More than 270 participants, in 4 conference rooms, held 34 presentations and masterclass lectures in various fields: civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, technical documentation monitoring…
The lectures were delivered by representatives of 21 companies, including: Autodesk, Bexel Consulting, Oblak Tehnologije, Inova, Aerial Video Solution, Agena Technology, ATB Sever, Banim Reklame, Energoprojekt Entel, Faculty of Technical Sciences in University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering Kraljevo, Raven Civil Modeller (Dr. Dejan Gavran, B.Sc.), Gedeon, GIS Association of Serbia, KMZ Contractor, Log Design, North Engineering, Perspekta, IntegralGroup, TeamCAD and many others including our company NS Drafter.
Last year, on October 25 we attended the first TeamCAD conference. That was the same year our company was founded and we went there as total rookies, astonished by big construction companies which were using new technologies in the construction industry. One year later, at the second TeamCAD conference, we had the opportunity to present our company, standing side by side with the same companies we adored last year.

Lecturer
Milan Tucakov is one of the 6 co-founders of the NS Drafter company.
He is currently implementing BIM and leading a Revit team that works on modeling of structures, architecture, and MEP.
Something about NS Drafter
Milan talked about how we started in the first place and where we are now. We came a long way since our last visit to this same conference just a year ago. The company has grown from 6 workers to 25 and will continue to grow in the near future. Also, we became a member of the BIM Serbia association and started to cooperate with many clients and partners.
Autodesk software packages we use
When we started this company in May of 2018, our main tool of work was AutoCAD for projects, which were mainly 2D. Slowly, the company started working on projects which required 3D models, and for that reason, Revit was implemented into our company after TeamCAD training for that software. Today, NS Drafter works on Rebar Detailing projects and 3D BIM projects using both 2D and 3D software packages.
Our projects
As the company grew, so did the projects. From small apartment buildings to large residential-commercial complex, more than 250000 square meters and 3200 precast concrete elements, both for 3D BIM and Rebar Detailing Services.
