MTU Nova Pazova Manufactory

This project involves the development of a multipurpose manufactory facility designed to combine industrial production spaces with administrative offices within a single integrated building. The facility was designed to support manufacturing operations while providing organized administrative areas for management and office activities.

The building has a total area of approximately 3,000 m² and is divided into two main functional zones: the manufactory area and the administration section. The manufactory part is designed as a large open production space to accommodate industrial workflows and equipment, while the administrative section contains a structured layout of offices and corridors distributed across multiple levels.

The administrative area is organized across three levels, with each level containing between two and three floors depending on the building position and layout. This configuration allows efficient use of vertical space while maintaining clear separation between production and office functions.

The modeling and visualization were carried out using Revit.

Scope of work:

NS Drafter developed the structural and architectural 3D model of the facility and prepared visualizations to support project planning and presentation. Particular attention was given to the structural elements of the building, including beams, columns, floors, and the roof structure, ensuring that the design accurately reflected the structural system and spatial organization of the facility.
