Residential building in Berlin

Wilmersdorf Avenue, Berlin, Germany

The Wilmersdorf Avenue project involves the development of a residential building located in Berlin, Germany. The building was designed to provide modern living spaces within an efficient urban structure, optimizing the available footprint while maintaining comfortable apartment layouts.

The building has a total gross floor area of approximately 3,156 m² and is organized across seven levels, including a basement, ground floor, three upper floors, and an attic level. In total, the building contains 24 residential apartments designed to accommodate different household sizes while maintaining a balanced and community-oriented residential environment.

The modeling and detailing were carried out in Revit.

Scope of work:

NS Drafter prepared reinforcement and formwork modeling for the reinforced concrete structure of the building. The work included detailed 3D modeling and preparation of structural documentation to ensure accurate reinforcement coordination and efficient construction execution. The use of advanced 3D modeling supported precise planning of structural elements and optimized the layout of the residential units.
