Altona Plaza, Hamburg, Germany
Altona Plaza is a mixed-use development located in Hamburg, Germany, designed to combine residential living with commercial spaces within a single urban building. The project contributes to the vibrant city environment by integrating housing and business functions in a compact and efficient architectural structure.
The building has a total gross floor area of approximately 5,811 m² distributed across seven floors. The upper levels accommodate 61 residential apartments, creating a diverse living environment for residents. The ground floor is dedicated to 16 commercial units that provide services and retail opportunities for both the building’s occupants and the surrounding neighborhood.
The modeling and detailing were carried out in Revit.
Scope of work:
NS Drafter prepared reinforcement and formwork modeling for the reinforced concrete structure of the building. The work included detailed modeling and shop drawings for structural elements supporting both residential and commercial areas, ensuring precise reinforcement coordination for efficient construction execution.
