Veerenni Residential Building, Tallinn, Estonia

The Uus-Veerenni residential development is located in the Veerenni subdistrict near the center of Tallinn, Estonia. The project forms part of a larger urban residential area designed to provide modern housing and mixed-use spaces within close proximity to the city center.

The first phase of the development includes twelve residential buildings containing 137 apartments and 8 commercial premises. The project was scheduled for completion by the end of 2019 and represents an important step in the transformation of the Veerenni district into a contemporary residential neighborhood.

The modeling and detailing were carried out in Autocad.

Scope of work:

NS Drafter prepared reinforcement and formwork detailing for prefabricated structural elements used in the project, including precast sandwich wall panels for the residential buildings. The work involved accurate reinforcement modeling and preparation of shop drawings to support the fabrication and installation of the prefabricated wall systems.
