Binck City in Hague

Binck City Park in The Hague, Netherlands

Binck City Park is a large mixed-use residential development located in The Hague, Netherlands. The project represents a modern approach to urban living, combining residential towers, commercial spaces, green areas, and shared infrastructure within a compact urban footprint.

The development is built on a relatively small plot of approximately 5,000 m² and is organized around a central parking garage that serves as the structural base for the residential towers above. Four towers rise from this shared podium structure, forming a cohesive urban complex designed to accommodate multiple functions within a single integrated development.

With a total gross floor area exceeding 80,000 m², the project includes nearly 900 residential units, commercial spaces, and a large underground parking facility providing more than 200 parking spaces. The towers reach heights of up to 75 meters, creating a distinctive vertical composition within the surrounding urban landscape.

The modeling and detailing were carried out in Allplan.

Scope of work:

NS Drafter provided reinforcement and formwork shop drawings for the main reinforced concrete structural elements of the complex. The work included detailing of slabs, walls, and other structural components required for the residential towers and the supporting parking structure. Special attention was given to coordination between structural elements within the podium structure and the vertical load-bearing system of the towers above.
