Binck City Park is an impressive example of modern urban development, a vertical city that integrates housing, commercial spaces, green areas, and sustainable infrastructure under one roof.
On a relatively small plot of around 5,000 m², the project cleverly accommodates various functions within four residential towers built around a shared parking garage, forming a cohesive urban unit.
With a total gross floor area exceeding 80,000 m², the complex includes:
- 896 residential units.
- 970 m² of commercial space.
- 232 parking spaces.
- Towers rising 75 m, 55 m, and 42 m.
NS Drafter was proud to be part of this complex development, providing detailed rebar and formwork shop drawings for all key structural elements, including slabs and walls.
