De Stack Tower in Rotterdam, Netherlands
De Stack is a distinctive residential tower located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Designed as a sculptural composition of stacked building volumes, the tower creates a dynamic silhouette that reflects the movement and character of the surrounding Maas River and the Rotterdam skyline.
The approximately 70-meter-high residential tower offers a variety of living spaces, including spacious family homes with gardens, corner apartments with large balconies or terraces, and luxury penthouses. Large panoramic windows provide expansive views of the harbor, nearby parks, and the city. In total, the building accommodates 77 luxury apartments, 2 penthouses, and 6 single-family homes.
The detailing was carried out in BFW.
Scope of work:
NS Drafter prepared reinforcement and formwork shop drawings for key reinforced concrete structural elements of the tower. The work included detailing for slabs, walls, beams, and columns, ensuring precise reinforcement modeling and documentation to support the construction of this architecturally expressive residential building.
