Melbourne Residential Building, Australia
This project involves the development of a 3D model and visualization of a seven-story residential building located in Melbourne, Australia. The building was designed as a modern residential structure focused on functional apartment layouts and efficient use of natural light.
The residential building has a total area of approximately 2,500 m² and consists of seven floors with an overall height of about 22 meters. Each apartment was carefully designed for visualization purposes, emphasizing a minimalist interior style that enhances spatial clarity and allows natural light to play a central role in the overall atmosphere of the living spaces.
The modeling and visualization were carried out using Revit.
Scope of work:
NS Drafter developed the architectural 3D model and interior visualizations of the building. The work included detailed modeling of apartment layouts, interior elements, and lighting conditions in order to achieve realistic visual presentations. In addition, spatial calculations such as room areas, lengths, and volumes were performed to support project research and design evaluation.
