Residential Complex in DACH Region

This project involves the development of a modern residential complex located in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The complex consists of multiple residential buildings connected through a shared underground structure, forming a unified structural system designed to support the buildings above.

The development includes three separate residential buildings positioned above a large basement and underground garage that links the entire complex. The basement structure serves as the structural base for the buildings and accommodates parking and technical areas, while also ensuring the stability and load distribution for the superstructure above.

The modeling and detailing were carried out in Allplan.

Scope of work:

NS Drafter was responsible for the preparation of reinforcement drawings and 3D BIM models for the reinforced concrete structure. The work included reinforcement detailing for the basement structure, underground garage, slabs, walls, and other key structural elements connecting the three residential buildings. Particular attention was given to accurate modeling and coordination of structural elements within the shared basement and garage structure to ensure structural stability and efficient construction execution.
