Stora Sköndal Campus, Stockholm, Sweden
Stora Sköndal Campus is a large-scale development located in southern Stockholm, Sweden, set within an 84-hectare park landscape along the shores of Lake Drevviken. The project represents a long-term urban development initiative combining residential areas, research facilities, and public spaces within a carefully planned campus environment.
The development is managed by Stora Sköndal, a non-profit foundation that oversees the transformation of the area into a vibrant mixed-use community. Once completed, the campus is expected to include between 4,000 and 6,000 new residential units, create approximately 1,000 to 2,000 new jobs, and provide public spaces such as parks, squares, and community areas.
The detailing was carried out in AutoCAD.
Scope of work:
NS Drafter prepared reinforcement and formwork detailing for prefabricated structural elements used in the project, including exterior wall panels and sandwich wall panels. The work focused on accurate modeling and documentation of these prefabricated components to support efficient production and installation within the campus development.
