Residential Complex, Germany
This project involves the development of a large residential complex located in Germany. The development consists of multiple residential and commercial buildings designed to create a modern mixed-use environment within a unified urban structure.
The complex includes a total of 17 residential buildings and 6 commercial buildings, with a combined floor area of approximately 50,000 mĀ². The scale of the project required careful coordination of structural elements to ensure efficient construction and optimal material usage across the entire development.
The modeling and detailing were carried out in Revit.
Scope of work:
NS Drafter prepared reinforcement and formwork modeling for the reinforced concrete structures of the complex. The work included detailed 3D modeling of reinforcement and formwork elements to support accurate structural planning and construction execution. The modeling process was completed over a period of approximately three months, ensuring precise documentation and coordination for the construction phase.
